Joseph uses his industry knowledge to make property investment simple and straightforward for investors. He grew up in a family that ran chains of McDonald’s restaurants, starting from the 1st franchised restaurant in Malaysia, Eljo Restaurant, back in January 1993. Growing up in the business has brought upon many experiences for him and has helped him learn much about the business, the values, and the marketing strategies for a thriving business.
As a young adult, he realized McDonald’s has always been a real estate business. This realization inspired Joseph to pave his way into real estate, taking his first action in 2006 when he was still just a student pursuing his BEng.(Hons) in Civil Engineering, buying his first property. This was the beginning of his journey to become a true real estate property investor, building his investment portfolios with careful market analysis and a passion for design. Throughout his journey, he understood that investing is the easy part of the business. The challenge was to profit and sustain the investment.
Eljo Development Sdn Bhd was formed in 2010. During Joseph’s property investment and development journey, he realized that a shell without its essence only served half the purpose. A property without accentuated Interior Design and Fittings will not be able to maximize the property’s profit return. It was then in 2015 Ideas Makeover was born as a solution for that challenge. It is the essence of insight, passion, and years of market experiences fused together. To provide investors with a One-Stop Property Investment Solution Centre.
